I play on a mud and I have been running 10 man groups with my own characters but I want to expand that to 20 or more. I can log onto extra characters over 10 but the tool bar doesn't recognize anything over 10 making it almost impossible for me to switch to that character. I quess my question is can I expand it past 10 chars of so how? Or is there any other method perhaps a plugin or something that would allow me to see all the chars in my group?

There is an "activity list" window which will show any number of connections.

See Display Menu -> Activity List (Shift+Ctrl+L).

You can resize that and move it to where you desire. Double-click a MUD in that window to activate it.
